1. Introduction

2. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This is known as the "cooling-off period".

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
4. Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your order within the cancellation period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable). We may deduct from the reimbursement an amount reflecting any diminished value of the goods if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
5. Returning the Goods
If you wish to cancel your order after receiving the goods, you must return them to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Please ensure the goods are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.
6. Cost of Returns
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we expressly agree otherwise. If the goods cannot be returned by post due to their nature, we will inform you of the estimated cost of returning such goods.
7. Refunds
We will process your refund without undue delay and in any event not later than:
- 14 days after the day we receive the returned goods back; or
- 14 days after you provide evidence of having sent the goods back (if earlier); or
- 14 days after the day of cancellation (if no goods were dispatched).
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
8. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return under the cancellation right, the goods must be:
- In their original packaging, where possible.
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Returned with all original materials and accessories.
You have a responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. You may handle the goods to the same extent as you would in a shop (i.e., to inspect them), but excessive handling that diminishes their value may result in a deduction from your refund.
9. Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right of cancellation does not apply to:
- Goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. This may apply to dietary supplements that have been opened.
- Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

10. Damaged or Defective Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If you receive goods that are damaged, defective, or not as described, you have the following rights:
- Within 30 days: You are entitled to a full refund if the goods are faulty or not as described.
- Within 6 months: If a fault is discovered, the goods will be presumed to have been faulty at the time of delivery. You are entitled to a repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is not possible, you are entitled to a full or partial refund.
- After 6 months: You may still be entitled to a repair, replacement, or partial refund, but you will need to prove the fault was present at the time of delivery.

11. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item (an item you did not order), please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and for the return of the incorrect item at our expense.
12. Non-Delivery
